Hi, how much time it should take to download configuration to UnoMax?

I ask because it takes 1 minute on my notebook and 3 minutes on my NUC.

Quartus Programmer application indicates "EPT-JTAG-Blaster v1.0 (64) [MBUSB-0]"

I've found MBFTDI-Blaster v1.8b (64) [MBUSB-0] which make downloading speed normal (few secconds).

I checked it with Quartus 17 but I guess it will work with higher

here is document: https://mil.ufl.edu/3701/docs/quartus/quartus18.1_installation.pdf

which leads to dll: https://mil.ufl.edu/3701/docs/OOTB_CPLD_Programmer/CPLD%20Programmer/v18b/jtag_hw_mbftdi_blaster64.dll

I would attache it but it is not allowed, so ask me directly if you need it

Which specific detail you mean?
With default driver "EPT-JTAG-Blaster v1.0 (64) [MBUSB-0]" cpld programing was extremely slow.
(verified on two different computers)
Fortunately with the other driver I found somewhere (see details in my posts) it take few seconds to program cpld.

The programming time required for UnoMax, a microcontroller or embedded system, varies depending on factors such as complexity, features, and the proficiency of the programmer. It involves writing and the gardening sense testing code to implement desired functionality, which can range from a few hours for simple tasks to weeks or months for more complex projects.

The time it takes to download a configuration to an UnoMax can vary based on several factors, including the performance of your computer, the specific setup of the Quartus Programmer application, and the configuration file size.

To resolve the slow programming time on the UnoMax, try using the MBFTDI-Blaster v1.8b (64) driver instead of the default EPT-JTAG-Blaster v1.0. This significantly reduces download time from minutes to seconds. You can find the necessary driver in the links provided by @zoladzagh-edu-pl" target="true">@zoladzagh-edu-pl.

I hope you find this helpful.
